Reel Food and Michael Crittenden on The Local Feed

It was a pleasure interviewing Michael Crittenden for WYCE's The Local Feed. He's an avid fisherman, music producer for Mackinaw Harvest, and front man for the band Troll for Trout. The segments ran this week and last week, and we have an extended interview with even more content!

You may know him as "the colonel". He was nicknamed that by his friend Jackie Santos, the drummer from John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band (of 80's movie Eddie and the Cruisers fame). The name came about while recording the first Troll for Trout record - in the pursuit of getting it right. As his biography suggests, he's been getting it right since -  not only for his career but for the benefit of countless other musicians.

Read more about Crittenden in The Rapidian article POSTED HERE and listen to the extended interview. It includes his biography and his fish cooking tips.

Troll for Trout will be playing at St. Cecilia for the ArtPrize Musicians Showcase Weekend on Saturday, September 21st at 5:00 PM.
