The Local Feed on Spinach

For a few years I froze spinach in the fall to use in recipes such as dip or lasagna, but I found it hard to find enough at that time of the year. Now, I freeze it in the spring when it has less competition with other vegetables on the farmers market stands. This week, I talk about freezing spinach on The Local Feed.
