I started freezing the full fat vanilla yogurt; it was in
the freezer for several weeks. And, then I tried freezing the low-fat
strawberry. I freeze them in one cup portions. When thawed, the top of the yogurt was a bit separated,
but when I stirred it, it was just fine.

Yes, You Can Freeze Yogurt
I was first introduced to Thomas’ organic yogurt when
shopping at Nourish Organic Market in Grand Rapids.
I had been looking for a local yogurt that was natural. It was a bonus that it
is filled with Michigan-grown organic fruit. Because I don’t eat yogurt every
day and it comes in quarts, I tried freezing it. And, it works!
